MY FEE POLICY

It is important to me that the protection of your rights be accessible. Otherwise, I see no purpose in the law.

I do not want you to skimp on seeking legal advice and run the risk of finding yourself in situations that can be overwhelming and costly in terms of time, money, and energy.

I also want you to know where you stand when you seek advice from me. Therefore, I will inform you upfront about the prices associated with my services.

I am offering you an initial consultation at a preferential rate (see below), the purpose of which is to provide you with the keys to your situation and clearly indicate what you can do on your own.

If, after this initial consultation, you wish to continue receiving my assistance, my fees will be determined in accordance with the criteria of the law on the legal profession of Geneva, Switzerland, taking into account the work done, the complexity and importance of your case, the assumed responsibility, the outcome achieved, and, most importantly, your situation.

PRICE OF THE INITIAL CONSULTATION

The initial consultation is the foundation of your peace of mind. It is, therefore, very important, and I take special care in providing it.

It includes:

• A preliminary analysis of your question

• An oral answer during an approximately 45-minute appointment where you can ask any questions you have

• A written summary of your options with useful advice and possible steps that you can apply yourself

This consultation costs CHF 180.- (VAT included).
